• Bookings must be done in advance
• Bookings are confirmed only after a deposit of 5000 Rs, rest you need to pay on the day of shoot
• This deposit will then be deducted from the collection of your choice of package with the emaining balance due.
• Deposit is not refundable but can be used for further booking
• Any session with TWINS:the charge is 1.5 times the regular price.
• All our sessions will be styled, posed and captured by Sonam Kukreja
• Edited Images will be shared via online gallery in JPEG format (with Baby Bliss Photography Signature.)
• Within 4 to 6 weeks from our session your edited images will be ready (depending upon specific session choosen)
• Extra edits, photo frame, wooden box, larger albums, cinematography, canvases,etc,sold seperately
• Clients coming later than 40 minutes from the scheduled time would be charged ₹500 extra
• Please note prices are subject to change without any prior notice

Cancellation:

In the event of an illness or misadventure, please call as soon as possible to reschedule. Baby Bliss Photography maintains the right to reschedule at any time should it become necessary but will do our utmost to negotiate a mutually acceptable rebooking. The request must be made no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking.

Electronic Devices:

Cameras, phone cameras, and video recording are not permitted during any session. If the client is found using the abovementioned devices for capturing images and video, or if it is found later on that the images or videos have been captured by the client or any other person accompanying the client, the shoot will be cancelled and no booking amount would be refundable to the client. In case the shoot has already been done, then no images would be provided to the client and no amount paid shall be refundable.

Raw Images:

Baby Bliss Photography do not deliver raw images.

Payment:

Full and final payment of your chosen package or any addons made thereafter must be paid on the day of the shoot.

Digital Images:

The retouched images will be provided after 21 days from the date of shoot. In case of early delivery of images, the client may opt for RUSH MY ORDER. All the digital images are dilivered with our logo. Extra charges apply for the photos without logo.

Model Release/ Copyright:

Baby Bliss Photography retains the copyright on all images and reserved the right to use the images for advertising, display, publication, social media and/ or other purposes for their portfolio. The client signing this contract waives any rights, interest, in present or in future, that he or she may have to control the use of his or her identity or likeness in the photographs and shall indemnify and defend the photographer in the event of litigation arising out of such use. Digital files and previews remain the exclusive property of Baby Bliss Photography. Under no circumstances, can the client use these images for profit, commercial endeavours, professional display, or in competition. Copying, snapshotting, saving, or scanning images from the images sent to the client, Baby Bliss Photography website or social media sites would be considered stealing, regardless of the intent for use. If the client steals images via any method listed above, or any other method, the client will be invoiced for the cost of EACH digital images, which the client has stolen, at photographer’s current price per digital file i.e. Rs 10,000/-.

Howsoever, if the client still intends to use the image for commercial purpose, he may purchase the commercial right of edited digital image at the price of Rs. 5,000/- EACH digital image. SHARING images and links on the web such as social media handles including facebook and Instagram is highly acceptable and encouraged in order to show family and friends your beautiful images.

Liability:

The client is aware that if they choose to print their images through a personally chosen lab, then the quality of the end result print of the digital files delivered is not under the control of the photographer, and this frees Baby Bliss from any liability for any potential claims whatsoever based upon discoloration in the end result.

If Baby Bliss Photography cannot fulfil the present contract due to fire or any other casuality, or beyond the control of the photographer, or due to the photographer’s illness or emergency, then the photographer shall return any deposit or sitting fee to the client but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. The limitation on liability shall also apply if the photographic material are damages without fault of the photographer. The client releases any and all employees of Baby Bliss Photography from all liabilities, claims and damages that may result from any accidents or incidents that could have been prevented that may happen during the session.

Baby Bliss Photography is not responsible for any injury inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their persons or their business.

Miscellaneous:

Any terms and conditions agreed upon between Baby Bliss Photography and client would be applicable and binding only upon signing of an external contract to that effect. No verbal contract would be binding and final.
